Not much longer until we’ll be out with our breads and goodies.  If not before, we’ll definitely be there for the first day of Kirksville’s Farmer’s Market in May.  If we get all our stuff ready before then, we’ll be sure to let you know.  

We’ve been researching environmentally-responsible businesses and products to incorporate into the Covert Cupboard, and have finally found a few that can meet our high environmental standards as well as being somewhat affordable.  An awesome find is that we hope to use a home compost-able wrapper, called Nature Flex, for our granola bars.  We’ve ordered our 100% recycled, soy ink printed business cards from www.greenerprinter.com, and are still looking for what kind of recycled paper (for menus) and bags we’ll use.  If you happen to have good connections in those areas, we’d love your help.
