    • All beef will be frozen. Hamburger will be in one pound packages, roast will be in two pound packages, and steaks will be 3/4 inch thick with two steaks in a package. Beef can also be sold in 1/4's, 1/2's, or whole with custom cutting and packaging done to your specifications with prior arrangements. All beef are farm raised being fed hay, grass, and ground corn. All beef is USDA inspected and approved.

  • Sunrise Farm
    • Sunrise Farm has been around for a long time, first settled by Mark Slaughter's grandfather many years ago. His family has been on the farm off and on for the last twenty years and returned to the farm full time last June, 2008. He is a master gardener, having completed the coursework in November 2007. The Slaughter's have been gardening in Mark's grandmother's old location for the last few years and just started selling some vegetables in 2008. While not certified organic, Sunrise Farm does practice chemical-free growing methods. They use a combination of raised beds and bio-intensive beds, as well as "in the ground." As of late January 2010 they were ordering early season seeds for planting starts including onions, lettuce, spinach and radishes. Look for their heirloom selection of crops for the 2010 growing season!
